Exterior Painter and Pressure Washer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Pressure Washer Technician to join our team. As a Pressure Washer Technician, you will be responsible for performing pressure washing services on various surfaces and structures. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: - Operate pressure washing equipment to clean and remove dirt, grime, and debris from surfaces - Perform pressure washing services on a variety of structures, including buildings, sidewalks, driveways, and vehicles - Inspect surfaces for damage or areas that require special attention - Use appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques to achieve desired results - Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment - Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed Skills: - Fixture installation: Ability to install fixtures such as faucets, showerheads, and other plumbing components - Basic math: Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations for measuring and estimating materials - Schematics: Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints for understanding project requirements - Carpenter: Experience in carpentry work, including framing, trim work, and repairs - Maintenance Person: General knowledge of various maintenance person tasks, including painting, drywall repairs, and basic electrical work - Drywall: Skill in repairing and installing drywall for surface preparation - Hand tools: Proficiency in using a variety of hand tools for different tasks - Masonry: Knowledge of masonry techniques for repairing or constructing structures using bricks or stones - Remodeling: Experience in remodeling projects, including demolition, installation, and finishing work - Color theory: Understanding of color theory principles for selecting appropriate paint colors If you have the skills and experience required for this position, we invite you to apply. Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
