Floral Designer

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design and create unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in selecting the perfect floral designs
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Utilize creativity to develop new floral design ideas
- Assist with general shop duties including stocking shelves and maintaining displays

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in floral design or related field preferred
- Knowledge of different flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and orders effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with basic landscape maintenance techniques is a plus
- Proficiency in English both spoken and written
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $21.67 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
