**Duties**:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and material
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Assist office manager with various tasks
**Skills**:
- Proficient in office systems and data entry
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Administrative skills such as transcribing, data collection, and computerized tasks
- Clerical abilities to handle paperwork accurately
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
