Director of Rehabilitation

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement rehabilitation programs and services.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of rehabilitation staff.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation services.
- Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field.
- Current state licensure in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
