Duties & Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Deliver quality care to each and every patient
- Educate patients about oral hygiene and provide postoperative instructions
- Prepare patients for exam and treatment
- Prepare tray set-ups for dental procedures
- Effectively direct patient flow through clear communication and team work
- Sterilize and disinfect all used equipment and instruments
- Document all procedures performed in treatment chart
- Must comply with all standards and protocols of OSHA & HIPPA
- Provide assistance to Doctor during procedures including preparation and documentation
- Ability to change and remove wires, brackets, and adhesive, full digital impressions and workflow, prepare teeth for bonding
- Work in a fast-paced environment possessing excellent interpersonal and organizational skills establishing positive relationships with our team and patients
- Ability to communicate professionally both orally and in writing with a service-oriented approach
- Maintain a caring and friendly environment that reinforces our company's core values

Qualifications:

- Be a team player that is professional, honest and follows through
- Computer proficiency
- MA Dental Assistant License
