Implement the instructional program as identified through the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks and District's curriculum.* Maintain appropriate classroom environment with relation to discipline and student safety.* Communicate with parents and/or guardians.* Work collaboratively with administration and support staff to ensure student success.
- Prepare required reports, including progress reports, report cards, and student success plans.* Maintain accurate records, including student grades and classroom attendance.* Participate in team meetings as necessary.* Maintain high academic standards.* Pursue professional development as necessary and appropriate to meet "highly qualified" standards.* Participate in committees and activities as appropriate and in conjunction with contractual agreements.* Work collaboratively with staff to plan curriculum and instrution.
