Immigration Paralegal

We have an opening for an Immigration Paralegal with 2-5 years of in-depth business/employment immigration experience. It is a collaborative group where you have plenty of opportunity and responsibility. This position will provide exposure to a variety of cases and you'll have overall responsibility for case preparation and communications for client relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create drafts, perform revisions, prepare detailed forms, documents, letters, exhibits, and other related materials as needed for primarily employment-based immigration processes.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of in-depth business/employment immigration experience.
- Specific experience with preparing PERM Labor Certifications, H-1Bs, and L-1s.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Excellent organizational, communications (oral & written), and analytical skills required.
- Experience with immigration case management systems preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
