**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care assistance to individuals in need, including children and adults.
- Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support individuals with meal preparation and feeding.
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Assist with lifting and transferring individuals who have mobility challenges.
- Monitor and document changes in individuals' health status.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times.

**Skills**:

- Experience in long-term care.
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR procedures.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with individuals, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Understanding of resident rights and the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to follow established systems and protocols for providing care.

Please note that this position does not require a nursing degree or certification. However, experience or training in nursing or healthcare-related fields is a plus.
