Ameristar Home Care Services is seeking a Full Time Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Field Marketing Representative to join our team of professionals and growing company.

Conveniently located in Forest Hills, NY, Ameristar Home Care Services, is a Licensed Home Care Services Agency and Fiscal Intermediary rooted in the communities and culture of the New York metropolitan area. Understanding what it takes to support the senior population across the continuum of health care needs, Ameristar Home Care Services stands ready with dedicated professionals and expert staff, and support resources to assist members and optimize their home health care.

We are looking for someone who is driven, and takes the initiative and complete tasks, and who has met and exceeded goals in prior experience. All applicants will be kept confidential.

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
*Recruitment of Home Health Aide and Personal Care Aides

*Create and maintain relationship with HHA/PCA training schools.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients and caregivers
- Serve as a resource and provide current information and education to referral sources such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, independent living communities, senior centers, and physician offices.
- Work with referring physicians and referral sources to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Educate referral sources about available home care services.
- Utilizing sales skills and product knowledge to obtain new patients.
- Work with team members who share your passion.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*Must be willing to travel within New York Metropolitan area; Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan & Staten Island.
- Team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and co-workers.

*Bi-lingual, Spanish/English speaking is required
- Ability to take initiative and complete tasks with mínimal supervision

*THIS POSITION IS FOR BROOKLYN AND QUEENS TERRITORY.*

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Queens, NY: Relocate before starting work (required)
