Started in 2012 by husband and wife team, Blue Line Aviation is a professional pilot school currently located in Smithfield, NC at the Johnston Regional Airport and in Winter Haven, FL. We strive to push the status quo in flight training while providing quality and innovative training to our students.

We are seeking a full time training advisor..

Responsibilities include:

- Selling Blue Line Programs,
- Manage assigned sales leads,
- Assist with and/or lead consultations/orientations as assigned,
- Meet with leads as assigned,
- Provide weekly progress reports to the Sales Director.

We are proud to offer medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401K with company matching; and paid time off to all full time staff members. The work hours for this full time position are Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication,
- Highly organized,
- Detailed oriented,
- Able to work in dynamic, fast-paced environment,
- Customer focused mindset,
- Able to work under pressure.

**Education, Work Experience, Etc.**
- 1 year sales experience,
- High School Degree required - College degree preferred,
- Aviation knowledge preferred but not required,
- Apple iOS,
- Hubspot - preferred,
- Multi-line telephone systems,
- Microsoft Office.
