**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor building entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises.
- Assist residents with packages, deliveries, and other tasks as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby area.
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries, concerns, and emergencies.
- Enforce building policies and procedures to maintain safety and security.
- Interact with building's Concierge Plus management software.
- Communicate effectively with building management and fellow staff members to ensure seamless operations.
- Complete administrative tasks, including logging packages, maintaining visitor logs, and documenting incidents or maintenance issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a doorman or in a similar customer service role.
- Familiarity with building management software such as Concierge Plus or BuildingLink.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Reliable and punctual, with the flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift packages as required.
