Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and promoting wellness. This position requires expertise in medical terminology, patient assessment and care, as well as the ability to work in various healthcare settings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and provide appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
- Assist with medical procedures and surgeries
- Provide primary care to patients across the lifespan, from infants to the elderly
- Conduct triage assessments to determine the urgency of patient needs
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

**Skills**:

- Proficient in medical terminology and documentation
- Experience in providing care for toddlers, including administering medications and monitoring growth and development
- Knowledge of dementia care strategies and techniques
- Strong patient assessment skills, including the ability to identify changes in condition and respond appropriately
- Familiarity with medical-surgical procedures and protocols
- Ability to perform sonography procedures as needed

Qualifications:

- Valid Registered Nurse license in [State]
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting
- Current CPR certification
