**Responsibilities include but are not limited**:

- Execute the setup and operation of assembly machines designed for small parts, focusing on calipers and micrometers.
- Conduct thorough inspections of assembled components using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to ensure adherence to precise specifications and quality standards.
- Follow established assembly procedures and guidelines to guarantee the correct sequence of operations, minimizing errors and defects.
- Identify and address any issues or malfunctions in the assembly machinery promptly, collaborating with maintenance teams as needed.
- Regularly calibrate and verify the accuracy of measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers to maintain precision in the assembly process.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, quality control checks, and any adjustments made during the assembly process.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
- Work closely with team members, including supervisors, quality control personnel, and maintenance staff, to achieve production goals and address any challenges that may arise.

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Assembly Machine Operator, with a focus on small parts, calipers, and micrometers.
- Familiarity with precision measurement tools and instruments.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to address machinery issues.
