**Wearhouse Worker** Full-time

Working Hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Job description
- Receiving and Unloading: Receiving incoming shipments of goods, unloading them from delivery trucks, and verifying the accuracy of the received items against shipping documents.
- Inventory Management: Organizing and maintaining inventory storage areas, ensuring items are properly labeled, shelved, and stored according to established procedures. This may involve using inventory management software or systems to track stock levels and locations.
- Picking and Packing: Fulfilling customer orders by accurately picking items from inventory according to pick lists or orders, and packing them securely for shipment.
- Loading and Shipping: Loading outgoing shipments onto delivery trucks or shipping containers, ensuring items are properly secured to prevent damage during transit.
- Quality Control: Inspecting incoming and outgoing goods for damage, defects, or discrepancies, and reporting any issues to management for resolution.
- Maintenance and Cleanliness: Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste materials, to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and proficiently, following all safety guidelines and protocols.

Skill requirements
- Operating forklifts safely and efficiently. Prefer 2 years or more of experience.
- Skilled in manually lifting and carrying heavy objects using a pallet jack.
- Communication with manager and coworkers.
- Self-motivation and time management skills.
