**Responsibilities**:

- Assemble firearms and related components according to engineering specifications and assembly instructions.
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy, ensuring proper fit and function.
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform assembly tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Test-fire assembled firearms to verify functionality and performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues, recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and quality control inspections.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve assembly processes and product designs.
- Adhere to production schedules and deadlines to meet customer demand.

**Job Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in mechanical assembly or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in the firearms industry.
- Familiarity with firearms components and terminology.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to follow assembly instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and provide feedback.
- Willingness to always adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends as needed to meet production deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- >5 Years Experience with 1911 / Double-Stacked 1911 Platforms
- Experience with AR Platforms
- Gunsmith Certification from Accredited Institution

Pay: $17.50 - $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
