**Responsibilities**:
This analyst position will work on a Business Agile team responsible for training curriculum build and facilitation.
- Design and develop engaging and effective learning materials for Life and Investment Planning Services (IPS), including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, and multimedia resources.
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning objectives to ensure alignment with organizational goals and learner needs.
- Utilize instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create learner-centered experiences.
- Implement evaluation strategies to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and corporate training.
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on instructional design principles and best practices.
- Maintain and update existing training materials to reflect changes in content or technology.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on learning initiatives.

- Adobe Creative Cloud

- MS Publisher and PowerPoint
- Camtasia/Video On Demand Tools
- Inkscape
- GIMP
- Adult Learning Theory
- Instructional Design Technologies
- Performance consulting
- Design Thinking
- Industrial and Organizational (I/O)Psychology
- User Experience (UX)
- Creating metrics to measure learning effectiveness
- Project Management

Additional Desired Skills:

- Design and development of learning & performance solutions - modalities including digital performance support, e-learning, videos, job aids, facilitator and participant guides, infographics, role plays, case studies, simulations and Learning Management System (LMS)
- Instructional and course design
- Development of marketing materials and communications

- Work location: Corporate office in Bloomington, IL or Hub offices of Dunwoody, GA; Richardson, TX; or Tempe, AZ
- Work arrangement: Hybrid with team collaboration of 5 in office days per month
