**In Home Caregiver Primary Responsibilities**:

- Companionship and personal care
- Light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders
- Collect and record clinical vitals, observations and assessments (training provided)
- Communicate and collaborate with your care team (patient, family, RN, office)

**Other In Home Caregiver Requirements**:

- Be physically capable of assisting clients with mobility, including lifting and transferring
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
- Have a smartphone and know how to use it (training available)
- Have a valid driver's license and use of an insured vehicle

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
