Customer Service Representative

Cal-Royal Products, Inc. is a leader in the Lock & Key Industry. At the moment we are very fortunate to be in demand. We are currently looking for strong Customer Service Representatives to join our team with at least 5-10 years of experience in our field.
- Security Hardware experience (Key, Lock, Door and Electric) is a MUST (5-10 years of experience is preferred)
- Product knowledge is a must
- Sage experience is a huge plus
- Great math skills
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns and requests in a professional & timely manner
- Answer high volume of incoming calls
- Process orders, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and order details
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement in products or services
- Comfortable with complex situations
- Work in a team effort with the Sales department
- Grade A follow up skills is a must

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus (Spanish)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Sales experience or the ability to upsell products is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information and requests

Monday-Friday

7:30am to 4:00pm
