Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Lead Spa Attendant to join our team. As a Lead Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of the spa facility.

Seeking someone who can work at a face pace while staying on task. We want someone who is eager to put in the hard work that is required to clean multiple hot steam rooms every half hour and doing laundry throughout the shift all while checking in customers. Someone who can balance answering phones while multi-tasking. We generally staff each shift with 2 staff but there may be times where you may need to cover alone.

The Lead Spa Position

Start at $18 up to $21 when able to Open and Close alone. Must be self-efficient with our POS, cleaning rooms, answering phones, ability to book appointments, and navigate our Zen Planner Software. Most importantly able to Open, Start Up System, & Close.

**Responsibilities**:

- Able to Open, Start Up System, & Close
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa facilities, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and locker rooms
- Clean and sanitize changing rooms and steam/salt rooms after each session
- Wash, Dry, & Fold towels
- Stock towels, robes, and other amenities as needed
- Ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly sanitized and maintained
- Assist therapists with preparing treatment rooms for guests
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner
- Process retail sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Promote spa products and services to guests

Qualifications:

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to sell products and services effectively
- Organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and order in the spa facilities
- Basic math skills for retail transactions
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is a plus
- Knowledge of spa treatments and services is preferred but not required

- Ability to stock and maintain inventory of spa products
