We are seeking a dedicated Crisis Residential QMHP (A - T) member to join our team. The Crisis Residential staff will provide support and assistance to individuals experiencing mental health crises in a residential setting.
- **Duties**:_
- Provide direct care and support to residents in crisis
- Monitor and assess residents' mental health status
- Implement crisis intervention techniques as needed
- Collaborate with mental health professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment within the residential facility
- Assist residents with daily living activities and skills development
- **Experience**:_
- Previous experience working in a crisis intervention or mental health setting is preferred
- Knowledge of mental health disorders and crisis management techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations
- Understanding of trauma-informed care principles
- **Shifts**:_
- 7am - 3pm
- 3pm - 11pm
- 11pm - 7am
- **Must Haves**:_
- QMHP-T

Joining our team as a Crisis Residential QMHP (A-T) member offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals in crisis while gaining valuable experience in the mental health field.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
Ability to Relocate:
- Richmond, VA 23219: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
