**YOUR TASKS**:

- To be responsible for all aspects of engine and engine module repairs and piece part teardowns of engines that are owned or managed.
- To be responsible for determining the project plan and project costs from the time of engine or module purchase to selling the engine or module.
- To work with the engine department engineering team to develop work scopes and approaches MRO and teardown providers for quotes to perform engine and module repairs as well as teardowns.
- To report on project progress and provide status reports to management, work with the sales team providing support during engine or module sales.
- To travel to service provider facilities for table inspections, witness engine test cell runs, and pre and post-test cell borescope inspections.
- To lead all communication with the MRO, repair vendors, and all internal departmental communications. Additionally, acts as the contact person for any issues that may arise during engine management projects and is responsible for solving those issues.

**WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING**:

- Work experience: Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience and relevant qualifications in engine maintenance and engine shop visit project management, experience with the CFM56 engine family and V2500 is a must.
- MS Office package: Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Quantum.
- Negotiation skills: Must be able to interface professionally, credibly, and objectively with colleagues and external contacts to deliver the best possible outcome for the company.
- Ability to work independently and Remotely: Resourceful; able to solve problems with mínimal supervision and self-directed and willing to take initiative,
- Excellent interpersonal skills and must be able to work under pressure as well as highly organized and detail oriented.
- Must be willing and able to travel internally and internationally for up to 3 weeks at a time.
