**Title**:Third Party Risk Management Analyst

**Department**:Legal & Compliance

**Reports To**:Manager, TPRM & DPO

**FLSA Status**:Non-Exempt

**Location**: Denver, CO or New York, NY

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage Prove’s VRM tool and track all onboarding requests
- Monitor third-party performance and develop metrics, reporting, and an overall security scorecard
- Action Prove’s annual ad hoc vendor risk assessments
- Partner with Prove’s Information Security, Legal and Compliance teammates to conduct and manage vendor assessments
- Provide first line support to vendors going through the onboarding and assessment process
- Forge relationships with internal stakeholders (i.e Product, Engineering etc.) who use third party vendors
- Aid in annual updates of Prove’s Vendor Management policies and procedures
- Organize and conduct annual refresher training for internal stakeholders on the Vendor Management process

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 1-3 Years of Third Party or Vendor Risk Management Experience
- Undergraduate or College level degree
- Tech or SaaS work experience preferred.
- Experience working with vendor management software preferred.
- Experience working with Jira or any other project management software preferred.
- Prior knowledge or experience with global privacy, information security or risk management preferred.
- Promote, maintain and enhance our cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadership.
- Strong passion for learning about our products and markets through in-house and external training.
- Experience in high-growth /pre-IPO Technology companies.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $65,000 - $72,000 plus company bonus. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, geo-location and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
