- Be pleasant and always smile as you are the first person to meet the guests.
- Check guests in and out.
- Answer guests’ questions.
- Book reservations and process payment.
- Obtain and confirm guests’ information.
- Assign rooms and activate room keys.
- Inspect rooms status prior check in to ensure that all rooms meet the hotel standard.
- Report to a manager any observed room issue.
- Ensure guests have a satisfying and enjoyable experience and stay.
- Blow away the customer by going above and beyond while handling guests concerns.
- Handle online, phone and in-person room reservations.
- Direct guests to the appropriate person to arrange specialized service for special events such as weddings and VIP guests
