This is a full-time position for regular first shift with some overtime, working from our Waukegan, IL facility.

**Warehouse Job Duties**:

- Utilize bar code scanner for all warehouse operations.
- Pull orders for outbound shipments.
- Record and put away inventory from incoming deliveries.
- Accurately complete all paperwork.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized facility.
- Maintain accurate inventory.
- Work with sales team to expedite outbound shipments.
- Operate sit down and stand-up forklifts.
- Accurately pull and pack orders.
- Abide by all company safety regulations.
- Other duties as assigned. We are a small, growing company. There is no such thing as ‘Not my job,” at Atturo.

**Driving Job Duties**:

- **Local Deliveries**: Safely transport goods to and from customers, vendors, and job sites within the local area according to scheduled routes and delivery times.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of delivery vehicles; report any issues or needed repairs.
- **Customer Service**: Interact with customers professionally, ensuring a positive delivery experience; handle any delivery issues promptly.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during deliveries.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a warehouse environment and delivery driving is preferred.
- **Licenses**: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 100 pounds).
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software is a plus.

**Working Conditions**
- **Physical Demands**: The role requires frequent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- **Environment**: Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions during deliveries.
- **Hours**: Full-time position from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
