**Entry Level Customer Success Manager Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer experience and guiding new customers through the process of purchasing new products and services
- Act as liaison for the client and the consumer with the goal of driving sales
- Utilize a positive track record of multi-state and international account management to maintain positive business relationships
- Conduct ongoing territory research to maximize client revenue
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and in order to provide solutions, drive sales, and answer client inquiries
- Attend meetings for ongoing Entry Level Customer Success Manager training and skill development
- Communicate and implement new ideas with confidence by conducting market and brand research that is relative to the accounts assigned
- Review strategies and track campaign progress to increase profitability and reach

**Entry Level Customer Success Manager Requirements**:

- Effective presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience within a customer service or relevant sales role
- Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree, or some college courses completed
- The ability to adapt to new environments and personalities
- Friendly and professional demeanor when working with customers, management, and other Entry Level Customer Success Managers
- A high degree of professionalism and reliability
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to troubleshoot

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Shift:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
