Hounds Town Hillsdale is currently hiring Entry Level Kennel Assistants Shifts will be 8am-2pm or 2pm-7:30pm during the week, 8am-12:30pm, 12:30pm-5pm, or 8am-5pm on Saturdays, and 9am-1pm on Sundays. Every so often you'll be coming back at night on Saturday 9pm-10pm, Sunday 6pm-8:45pm, and or the 7 Holidays we are closed to the public (New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day) 8am-10:45am, 1pm-2pm, or 6pm-8:45pm.

Position: Entry Level Kennel Assistant

**Requirements**:
1. Must be at least 18 years old
2. Must love dogs
3. Have your own transportation
4. Reliable
5. Report to work on time.
6. Maintain a clean work uniform with a well-groomed appearance.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Perform all cleaning tasks.
2. Maintain general safety procedures.
3. Ensure supervisions of dogs
**Evaluation Criteria**: Level 5 employees will be evaluated on the following:
1. Near perfect attendance and punctuality
2. Ability and aptitude to follow direction
3. Tidy personal appearance
4. Self-initiated work
5. Positive attitude and demeanor
6. Basic communication skills
7. Ability to work as a team with co-workers
8. Ability to effectively manage dogs and follow policy and procedure
