At Chick-fil-A - Peoria, the Closing Team Leader engages with guests; responds to customer service needs, provides training and coaching, manages scheduling, evaluates staff performance, and ensures company policies and procedures are upheld. This position will work closely with both management and staff and will ensure a seamless guest experience.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Interacting with customers; including receiving orders, processing sales transactions, and managing customer issues.
- Training, motivating, and recognizing team members.
- Coaching, mentoring, and ensuring team member accountability.
- Creating the team member lineup, managing breaks, and assisting in inventory management at the shift level.
- Communicating employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling.
- Strictly adhering to all Company policies and procedures.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Must have a source of reliable transportation.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand 8+ hours at times.
- Must be able to work 2 p.m. - 11 p.m., Monday - Saturday. (You will receive a weekday off.)
- Previous experience serving as a Shift Lead, Team Lead, Manager, etc. in a restaurant environment is very important.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
