**IT Representative**

At Debt Consultants Group, we approach financial solutions differently to meet our clients' needs. We are passionate about what we do and the clients we serve. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic IT Representative to join our team in our NY office and support our agents with their technical needs.

**General Responsibilities & Job Duties**:

- **Technical Support**:Provide support for agents in the office, including computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- **Software Management**: Manage and troubleshoot software including Pipedrive CRM, Office 365, Convoso, 8x8, and TeamViewer.
- **Network Troubleshooting**: Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including setting up and managing office networks.
- **Inventory Management**: Manage IT inventory, including tracking and maintaining hardware and software assets.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Perform basic administrative tasks such as creating user accounts, generating reports, and setting up office networks.
- **Emergency Response**: Be available to provide emergency support or assistance outside of normal working hours as needed

Note: This position is based in New York, NY, and is not a remote position.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Requirements**: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: At least 1.5 years of experience working as IT support for a company with a minimum of 10+ employees.
- **Certifications**: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, Network+, Security+ certificates are a plus.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in troubleshooting most issues on Microsoft and macOS laptops.
- Experience with network troubleshooting and basic network setup.
- Programming skills in Python and JavaScript; experience building custom solutions in Zapier are a plus.
- Soft Skills:Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational management, and customer service skills. Ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently

Note: This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

**Compensation**:
The payment range for this position may vary based on factors such as experience, education, and additional responsibilities.

Starting pay for this role ranges from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour.
