_**Outside Kitchen/Vanity/Furniture Sales Agent**:_
- **DOCA Boston Kitchens**_ _is looking for high-motivated, sales driven individual with extensive customer service and sales experience. Who will also be responsible for developing relationships with builders and developers for the outbound opportunities. _
- This is a 90% remote position with several days in the office per month._
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Understanding and promoting products and services, knowing the product inside and out_
- Using company software, logging customer interactions and maintaining customer records_
- Conducting product demonstrations_
- Coordinating sales and marketing activities_
- Identify and qualify potential customers through research and effective questioning techniques_
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients_
- Track all interactions and progress in CRM software_
- Preparing sales contract, communicating with prospects throughout the sales cycle_
- Working with designers, builders and developers_
- **Requirements**:_
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field_
- At least five years of experience in business development/sales_
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal_
- Experienced & comfortable with cold outreach strategy_
- High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection well_
- Understanding target customer audiences_
- Good listening skills and attention to details_
- Excellent time management skills to maximize the ability to reach goals_
- A deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices_
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close_
- **Compensation**:_
- $70,000 to $250,000 based on salary and comissions_

Pay: $70,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Shift:

- Day shift

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Commute:

- Brookline, MA 02445 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Brookline, MA 02445: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Brookline, MA 02445
