LAW CLERK / PARALEGAL
We are a small, well known boutique law firm, specializing in all family law cases in the greater metro NYC area.
This position will be based in either our Manhattan or Mineola, Long Island offices, although some of the work can be done on a flexible basis remotely.
The major tasks of the position are client interviews with ongoing contact and overall case management with billing, all aspects of financial discovery, drafting party factual affidavits.
Throughout our three decades of practice, we have encountered many unique cases, several of which have received vast media attention locally, nationally and even internationally. We are very well known within our field and are often called upon by other lawyers for advice and assistance. Our philosophy is compassion for the client with aggressive advocacy against the adversary.
Salary range of $50,000 - $80,000 commensurate with experience ; immediate.
