Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director to join our healthcare team. The Clinical Director will oversee the medical and healthcare management aspects of our facility, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
- Oversee medical management activities, including patient assessments, treatment planning, and care coordination
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Manage budgetary responsibilities related to clinical operations

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in healthcare management, with a focus on clinical leadership
- Strong knowledge of medical management practices and healthcare regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage staff and drive performance improvements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $80,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
