Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Underground Utility & Dirt Foreman to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on construction sites and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise equipment operators and construction crews to ensure efficient and safe completion of projects.
- Coordinate and schedule tasks according to project timelines and specifications.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on proper equipment operation and construction techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and equipment maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a safe work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- 3-5 years of verifiable supervisory experience in underground pipe and dirt construction.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Knowledge of GPS systems used in construction projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
