Overview:
**Duties**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage, motivate, train and develop a team of sales representatives
- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to the executive team
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Must be capable of lead generating.
- 5-10 people in the program

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, and outbound calling
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Strong sales acumen with a focus on customer service
- Knowledge of sales software and CRM tools

Pay: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per week
