Major Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide system administration for desktops, printers and related systems
- Manage assigned trouble tickets and provide timely resolution to problems in accordance with service level agreements. Remedy experience a plus.
- Resolve break/fixes and provide move/add/change/deactivation requests for desktop and network systems
- Collaborate with peer IT teams to ensure related infrastructure operations are in place.
- Maintain system availability and monitoring of services
- Maintains safe work environment by following standards and policies.

- Education and/or Experience: Possess a Diploma in Computer Engineering or related fields with preferably two (2) years’ experience in Networking and PC/printers support & maintenance.

Computer Skills:

- Proficient in supporting Windows client environment
- Fundamental knowledge in troubleshooting network connections with understanding of basic TCP/IP concepts.
- Basic knowledge in supporting iOS devices (i.e., iPhone and iPad) as well as networked and personal printers.

Ability to pre-employment drug testing and background check is required
