**Job Position**:Janitorial Worker (Part-Time Position, full-time work).

**Duties**:

- Work directly with the owner.
- Must be clean cut & focus on the cleaning job.
- Being able to clean at night and on weekends is a must.
- Completely understand office cleaning and operating cleaning services.
- This job will become a salaried employee in the future.
- Commercial office cleaning.
- Disinfectant & restroom cleaning.
- Able to lift and remove the trash.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Ability to learn and grow in the field of Janitorial services.
- Understand floor cleaning and operating systems.
- Understand time management.
- Understand client needs and will be able to take care of cleaning projects.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Experience is needed.
- Good understanding of janitorial cleaning and operating cleaning equipment.
- Background check & live scan.
- Must be able to use own vehicles, maybe require to go from building to another building facility daily.
- Knowledge and experience of working with people in commercial buildings.
- Approachable.
- Speaks well and articulates.
- Teachable and willing to learn the DBM cleaning process.
- Able to work weekends and nights.
- No flowers and roses with honey.
- DO NOT PUT ON YOUR APPLICATION ANY CLEANING EXPERIENCE THAT YOU CAN NOT PROVE WHEN YOU START WORKING. I WILL FIRE YOU ON THE SPOT/THE FIRST DAY OF WORK.
- I NEED A VERY GOOD COMPETENT COMMERCIAL CLEANER.
- Teachable and excellent commercial cleaning knowledge.
