- No**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Reporting to the Associate Director, Enrollment Outreach Center, the Enrollment Advisor will engage and support prospective graduate and professional students in all phases of the recruitment process to advance the strategic enrollment goals.
- Reach out to prospective students via phone and take incoming calls from prospective students in a team environment. Expected to complete 60-100 outbound calls per day qualifying students on their educational goals and interests.
- Complete the certification process and associated on-going training to develop broad University and program knowledge.
- Screen prospective students to determine their motivation for continuing education; understand their career goals and the obstacles that might prevent them from starting or continuing their education and help them to overcome those obstacles.
- Use consultative sales skills, develop relationships with prospective students and applicants to recruit the most qualified students for Loyola’s Graduate& Professional programs. Present information about the benefits of education and Loyola University Chicago, tailoring messages to the student’s needs, motivation, and career goas.
- Guide students through the admissions process, respond to questions, link them to financial aid and academic advisors, and gather documents necessary for students to apply.
- Utilize CRM system for proper tracking and accurate reporting of recruitment to allow for lead segmentation and easy follow-up messages.
- Support GPEM funnel activities making outbound calls to applicants, admits and event registrants as assigned.
- Help train new team members.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.**Minimum Education and/or Work Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree and two to three years of related experience. Equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.**Qualifications**
- Minimum Education and/or Work Experience: Bachelor’s degree and three years’ experience in higher education, marketing or sales OR Associates degree with five years of experience in higher education, marketing or sales OR seven years of experience in higher education, marketing or sales.

- Prior work experience in higher education, marketing or sales preferred. Experience in sales, recruitment, or admissions, preferably one (1) year in an outbound recruitment office.
- Excellent communication skills (persuasive and negotiation skills, strong writing, interpersonal and public relations skills) are a must.
- Proven customer service; skilled at connecting and building rapport with customers from diverse background.
- Proficiency in essential office technology (Microsoft Outlook, Word, etc.)
