**Johnny's Roadside Diner **is looking for a skilled **server** to join our team. The right person should be passionate about hospitality and great food done right Voted the #1 Diner in Hampshire County, Johnny's Roadside Diner is a modernly new & classic diner serving breakfast, brunch, and lunch favorites.

Servers are responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience. Primary duties include but are not limited to:

- Greets customers as they are seated at the table; ensures the table is clean and that utensils, napkins, and other needs have been provided.
- Present menu to guests and answer questions about menu items, beverages, and other restaurant functions and services as needed.
- Inform guests of any menu changes and daily specials, and make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
- Takes food and beverage orders and delivers them to the kitchen.
- Delivers food, beverages, condiments, and other requested items to customers.
- Ensures that food is prepared correctly and to customers satisfaction; returns incorrect or improperly cooked orders to kitchen.
- Collects plates and clears the table as customers finish their meals.
- Prepares customers checks and collects payments.
- Assists with other restaurant tasks such as cleaning the dining area and preparing silverware and condiments.
- Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests' needs and support the operation of the restaurant.
