**Your Job**

If you're interested in soliciting and servicing a variety of residential mortgage loans, our Mortgage Banker III role may be for you We invite you to consider joining our Mortgage Lending team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develops business using a targeted sales plan and focused sales routines that include building relationships with borrowers, potential borrowers, real estate agents, and builders/developers.
- Counsels clients on possible solutions
- Gathers all initial documentation based on recommended loan program.
- Processes the loan data through an automated underwriting system.
- Monitors processing through closing
- Fosters relationships with other lines of business to generate cross sales activity.

**Who You Are**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years Mortgage Lending experience preferred
- Experience with Mortgage specific software a plus
