We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketer/Recruiter to join our team. This role requires a versatile individual who can effectively manage our online presence across multiple platforms and play a pivotal role in our recruitment efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Create compelling and original content that resonates with our audience. Develop strategies to highlight our services, showcase job opportunities, and engage with our community.
- **Recruitment Strategies**: Utilize digital marketing techniques to assist in the recruitment process. Craft and execute innovative strategies to attract top-tier healthcare professionals.
- **Marketing Campaigns**: Oversee and execute marketing campaigns, including mailings, flyer creations, and similar promotional materials. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- **Analytics Review**: Monitor and analyze digital marketing analytics for various platforms to assess the performance of marketing efforts. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the recruitment industry.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Strong content creation skills with the ability to develop engaging and original content.
- Familiarity with marketing campaign strategies, including mailings, flyer creations, etc.
- Experience in reviewing and interpreting digital marketing analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking with a results-driven mindset.

**Salary**: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
