We are seeking a Metaphysical Sales Associate to join our team
Responsibilities Include:
Customer Care and Sales:
Welcome and attend to needs of customers as they relate to the products/services available. Meet sales goals.
Shop Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and shop upkeep.
Special projects may come up from time to time such as pricing and/or labeling products, engaging in promotion/social media, stocking.
Qualifications:
- Must have minimum 3 years previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Must have minimum 4 years experience/knowledge of crystals and their metaphysical properties
- Must have knowledge of Magickal Arts / Divinatory practices
- Must be comfortable communicating with, and building rapport with customers
- Problem solver
- Must exemplify stability, responsibility, & provide work references for at least the past 3 years
- Must provide response to questions (video) to be considered
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
