Front End Supervisor

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and supervise front end staff in daily operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues
- Conduct employee training programs
- Maintain organizational standards and procedures
- Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock levels
- Utilize retail math skills for pricing and profit margin calculations
**Requirements**:
- Strong leadership and supervising skills
- Ability to conduct employee training
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Proficiency in inventory control practices
- Knowledge of retail math for pricing strategies
Join our team as a Front End Manager and contribute to the success of our retail store through effective leadership and customer service.
Pay: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
