**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB**:

- Responsible for opening/closing of store
- Perform all functions of transaction on POS system
- Must be able to use a calculator and close out register at end of day
- Receive/label merchandise and stock shelves
- Keep store in an orderly and inviting condition
- Assist in periodic inventory control

**ESSENTIAL WORK SKILLS**:

- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Available to work retail hours of operation including evenings, weekends and some holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

**WORK REQUIREMENTS**:

- One year in a customer-oriented field
- On-site position in Sausalito
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Background in Fashion and/or Art a plus
