Body Shop Estimator

Gateway Collision Center is a premier collision repair company focused on providing the highest level of quality and customer service to ensure the customer’s **safety is first**. We are currently searching for an **Estimator** to lead in restoring our customer’s vehicles to pre-accident condition.

**Job Summary**
- Provide estimates for all drive-in appointments
- Service all insurance accounts in order to maintain those business relationships vital to Gateway Collision Center’s success
- Coordinate with parts department for parts ordering for repair orders
- Tracks parts order status to ensure timely delivery
- Supply reference materials to technicians to ensure proper parts usage
- Keep abreast of laws and regulations regarding parts installation
- Post repair plan documentation in CCC One and Customer file
- Provide post repair plan communication including all vehicle status updates
- Total loss administration
- Final QC, including test drive
- Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring a world class customer service experience

**Skills/Requirements**
- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ current experience managing Major Insurance DRP Accounts
- Knowledge of insurance companies DRP procedures and requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in the use of CCC One estimating and shop management software
- I-CAR certification preferred
- Excellent math, reading and business skills
- Organization and multi-tasking skills, good time management and adapt easily to fast-paced environment
- Must assume responsibility for accuracy and timeliness of work product
- Strong sales orientation
- Personable, friendly demeanor with **World Class** customer service approach
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy
- Must be able to pass thorough background check.
