**Job Summary**: The Entry-Level Events Coordinator will assist in the planning, organizing, and execution of various events, ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and special occasions. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively with our events team to ensure the success of each event.

**Compensation**:
$47,000 - $53,500 yearly

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare event materials such as programs, agendas, and name tags.
- Handle event logistics including venue setup, registration, and attendee management.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of event promotional materials.
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Maintain event budgets and track expenses.
- Gather and analyze feedback from attendees to improve future events.
- Perform administrative tasks such as updating databases and maintaining event files.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with event management software and tools is an advantage.
