Job Benefits:
Industry leading training in production

The ability to work with cutting edge wood-working equipment

Pay: $15-20/hr depending on experience.

Individuals will be eligible for benefits at performance based milestones.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Work with a team of woodworkers to meet/exceed Production related tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Report to the Production leadership on related activities.
- Learn/master shop equipment. Train new personnel on shop equipment.
- Adhere to OSHA safety procedures & guidelines.
- Be on time.
- Communicate effectively and work as a team.
- Read/interpret production blueprints.

Qualifications for the Position:

- Woodworking/Cabinet making experience a plus
- Ability to read/interpret blueprints
- Ability to lift 70 lbs
- Forklift certified or ability to become qualified
