**Infant Caregivers**:Rainbow Playschool is a Licensed Child Care Center in Woodstock, VT looking for friendly and warm Infant Caregivers with a passion for child development and the outdoors to join our Team.

Full Time or Part Time Schedules
- $16-$20/hr depending on formal education and related experience.

We are a four-star, state accredited, community-owned non-profit with a forty-year history with the town of Woodstock and surrounding villages, run by a board of directors drawn from current and former parents of our students. We focus on providing a guided, outdoor play-focused environment for children to learn, grow, and develop in, and hiring creative, nurturing teachers with a deep love for their students and our school.

**Responsibilities.**
- Nurturing and guiding the development of our children.
- Classroom management.
- Providing direction and working in tandem with an assistant teacher.
- Providing consistent reports and answering questions for our parents.
- Bringing a creative, energetic personality and working with staff and students cheerfully.
- Complete at least 24 hours of professional development yearly.

**Requirements**:

- Have either already completed a College Level Course in Early Childhood Education, Human Growth & Development, or related field ~OR~ Within first year of employment, complete the course Fundamentals ECE
- Support and Mentorship for further education will be provided.
