**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Manager of Volunteer Services. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our volunteer program. The Manager of Volunteer Services will play a crucial role in recruiting, training, and supervising volunteers, as well as ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the volunteer program, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and supervision of volunteers
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain volunteers
- Coordinate volunteer activities and assignments to ensure efficient utilization of resources
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to volunteers, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other departments to identify volunteer needs and develop appropriate volunteer opportunities
- Utilize social media platforms to promote volunteer opportunities and engage with potential volunteers
- Maintain accurate records of volunteer hours, activities, and impact
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to volunteer services
- Conduct regular evaluations to assess the effectiveness of the volunteer program

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in social work, nonprofit management, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in managing volunteer programs or related experience in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of social media management for recruitment purposes
- Familiarity with Raiser's Edge or other donor management software is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of individuals
- Strong public speaking skills for presentations and trainings
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs for volunteers
- Demonstrated experience in volunteer management, including recruitment, onboarding, supervision, and recognition
- Ability to effectively supervise and motivate volunteers

Pay: $50,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
