Deck Installer

Welcome to the role of Deck Installer We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team and help us create beautiful outdoor living spaces for our clients. You will be responsible for designing and constructing decks of various sizes and styles, from simple to complex. You should have a thorough knowledge of deck building materials and techniques, as well as be able to work safely and efficiently. If you have a passion for outdoor living and have the skills to bring our clients' visions to life, we look forward to hearing from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Measure and install composite decks according to plans
- Install deck boards and stairways
- Secure deck boards with screws and nails
- Assemble railings and balusters
- Install deck posts and footings
- Install hardware such as joist hangers and lag screws
- Level and align decks to ensure a safe, secure installation
- Inspect decks for any defects
- Make necessary repairs to decks
- Clean up work site upon completion of job

**Job Requirements**
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and other plans
- Ability to carry heavy loads
- Good physical strength and stamina
- Ability to work at heights
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of safety regulations
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Good customer service skills
- Attention to detail

Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
