We offer specialized services for women and their children, teens, and medication evaluations. We offer in-home treatment for adolescents and their families, intensive treatment for high risk children, and many family services. MFI has large addiction services for adults and for those struggling with co-morbid problems related to substance abuse, mental health, and/or physical health problems.

**SUMMARY OF MAJOR FUNCTIONS**:
Under general supervision, to provide safe and secure transportation for clients, and to perform related work as required. Maintain all mileage and maintenance logs as required.

**DUTIES**:
1. Provide the clients with safe and secure transportation to various destinations as needed.

2. Maintain all mileage and maintenance logs as required by the California Highway Patrol.

3. Notifies the Program Manager and/or Assistant Program Manager of any potential safety issues.

4. Maintains a professional and efficient manner with co-workers, clients, and the public

5. Supports and adheres to the rules and regulations of the Board of Directors.

6. Must maintain an average score of 4.0 or higher on MFI Driver Survey.

7. Other duties as specific by the Program Manager

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
1. Valid Driver’s License

2. Must possess a High School diploma or GED certificate

3. Adhere to the company dress code maintaining a professional appearance at all times.

4. Must maintain valid liability insurance as required by the state of California and a good driving record in order to be insured on the agency’s insurance policy

5. Clean DMV record

**PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must be insurable at standard automobile rates and maintain the ability to be insured throughout the course of employment
- Certified in CPR and First Aid
- Federal Bureau of Investigation fingerprint clearance
- Department of Justice fingerprint clearance
- Negative tuberculosis test
- Pass drug screening test
- Covid vaccinated or can provide a valid medical/religious exemption

**LICENSES**:

- Must possess and maintain a valid California driver’s license during the course of employment
