Floral Designer

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design and create unique floral arrangements, bouquets, and centerpieces
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect floral arrangements for their needs
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and fulfilling orders promptly
- Keep the store visually appealing by arranging displays and ensuring cleanliness
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions
- Utilize retail math skills for pricing and selling products

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Strong customer service skills to assist clients in a friendly and helpful manner
- Knowledge of garden and landscape maintenance to ensure the quality of floral products
- Ability to stock inventory, rotate stock, and maintain a clean work environment
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse customer needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $17.54 - $18.19 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Merchandising: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
